As God continues to birth within us, a “deep desire/burden”  to win souls, He is also equipping us with ”much-needed” insight into the areas of retention and assimilation of each guest. 
Although modern day christianity has become content with a 5:100 ratio (that’s 5 return visitors per 100), can I suggest that this is not the will of God!  I am convinced that we will be held accountable for every soul that we come into contact with.  Therefore, let us make every effort to ensure that each guest is retained!
